Payment

Digital map orders can be paid using common online payment methods such as iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer (invoice).

Custom-made digital maps may be invoiced after delivery. An invoice is sent once the files have been delivered.

Delivery of Digital Maps

Digital maps are delivered electronically.

  • Prepaid orders: Files are sent automatically after payment.

  • Invoice-based orders: Files are sent manually within 24 hours on business days.

  • Credit card payments may require additional verification time. If needed, files can be sent manually upon request.

Delivery is typically via email or a secure download link (e.g. WeTransfer).

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the payment method:

  • Prepaid digital maps: Immediate or automatic delivery.

  • Invoice-based digital maps: Delivery within a few hours on business days. No delivery during weekends.

File Formats & Usage

Our digital maps are provided in professional formats suitable for screen use, presentations, web applications, and digital design workflows.

Depending on the product, files may be raster-based (e.g. JPEG, PNG, TIFF) or vector-based (e.g. EPS, AI, PDF).

If you have specific technical requirements, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Returns & Cancellations

Digital products cannot be returned once delivered, as files are supplied electronically.

An exception applies if:

  • The delivered files contain errors, or

  • The files do not match the agreed specifications.

In such cases, please contact us so we can provide an appropriate solution.

Custom-made digital maps are created specifically to order and are delivered after approval. These cannot be cancelled once production has started.
